Franchini Stefano VAT ID 05736350728 (henceforth Data Processing Center or “DPC”) informs you, in your capacity as interested, that your personal data will be treated as follows: The collection and the processing of data are carried out by the DPC for the following purposes: • professional assistance; • sending of informative and promotional material; • web-tracking and statistical analysis for marketing purposes; • detection of the degree of satisfaction; • invitations to courses and informative and promotional events. The processing of data for the aforesaid purposes will take place using both automated and non- automated means and in compliance with the rules of privacy and security laid down by law . The DPC will not be held responsible for cases of force majeure or events not dependent on his will. All personal information collected by the DPC are treated in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003  and the user is the owner of the rights enshrined in article 13 of Legislative Decree 196 /2003. These rights can be exercised at any time. Data can be processed on behalf of the DPC by employees, professionals belonging to the TPI network or companies responsible for specific elaboration services or activities complementary to those of the DPC, necessary for the implementation of the operations and services of the DPC. The provision of data is optional. Any refusal to provide data will not give rise to any consequences except the impossibility to use the services offered by DPC. The DPC does not process sensitive data. Therefore, we kindly ask customers not to fill in the form any data that could reveal the racial or ethnic origin, religion, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership to political parties, trade unions, religious, philosofical, political or trade union associations or organizations. The current privacy rules recognize the following rights: • to obtain information about your data; • to obtain the deletion or the block or the update, amendment or completion of such data; • to deny, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data; • to deny the treatment of data for commercial, advertising or market research purposes.
