Preparation of the documentation on transfer pricing

Preparation of appropriate documentation on transfer pricing able to avoid sanctions under Italian law prescriptions which includes:

• Masterfile Document preparation: containing a general description of the group, the sector in which it operates, the activity carried out and the Transfer Pricing criteria adopted in intercompany transactions;
• National Documentation preparation: arranged for each individual subsidiary and containing the specific description of the activity, characteristics, roles, transactions, methods and margins relating to transactions carried out by the latter.
